Richard completely remodeled our fireplace and entertainment area. This included demolition, framing, drywall, upgrading hvac ducting, plywood repair, finish brick, building a mantel and columns, and TV mount. Let's just say our old deck was toast. Totally rotten, unsafe, and basically a backyard eyesore (1st picture) We called in Richard.
He ripped out that old mess and replaced it with a gorgeous Trex deck that's straight out of a magazine ( 2nd picture). And the best part? This Trex stuff is practically maintenance-free, which is perfect for lazy folks like us.
But wait, there's more! We had this kind trees and pond that was causing problems with the old deck. Richard, being the genius he is, carefully removed all of those and built the most awesome bench around the leftover bit of the trunk. Now we get to enjoy the shade of the tree AND have more deck space! Score!
Richard was super knowledgeable about Trex and answered all our questions, no matter how crazy they probably were. His crew was awesome too - professional, polite, and they always cleaned up their mess! The whole project went smoothly, and the final product is exactly what we wanted (maybe even better!).

Richard completely demolished and rebuilt our staircase railing and stairs for us. This was a custom build and it turned out amazing! The previous railing was original to the house and was not to code and he fixed everything up to code. The new railing is super strong and sturdy now. Richard laid down new wood floors for the stairs. He used cedar wood for the railing and stained everything for a beautiful finished look. We're very pleased with his service and his pricing. I have before and after photos posted!
